I was retained by TBWA Advertising in Hong Kong to create the key Advertising Photograph of the Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver which opened in January 2009. The building boasts 61 floors and is Vancouver’s tallest. It boasts exceptional views stretching from Vancouver Island to Mount Baker; from the Sunshine coast to the North Shore Mountains. The city of Vancouver sprawls beneath it.

Vancouver Photographer Kevin James Day is an expert at getting "the shot". Always. Consistently. Regardless of prevailing weather conditions (Shangri-La), availability of a qualified truck driver (Purolator), Pouring rain (Aparc Systems), or the wrong colored containers (Global Force), Kevin always gets the shot.
